View upcoming appointments, check in before your appointment, send and receive documents, message staff & more!
To Access the Onpatient Portal:
- Go to https://onpatient.com/ and log in using your email and the password you created.
- Download the onpatient app!
To Check in Before your Appointment:
- Log in to your onpatient portal account.
- Click the “Check in” button located to the right of your scheduled appointment time.
- You will then be able to edit any demographic information and answer the Follow Up or New Patient questions.
Troubleshooting
If you have forgotten your password, select “forgot password” and you will be sent an email to reset it.
If the portal will not take the answers you are submitting, download the onpatient app, log in, and answer the questions there!
