Cucumber Sandwiches

5-8 g protein

Fill with:

  • Deli ham or turkey and cheese
  • Low fat cream cheese & sliced turkey
  • Sliced tomato & tuna

 

Hummus Dippers

6.7 g protein

  • 1/3 cup hummus
  • ½ cup of carrot, celery, bell pepper,
  • cucumber, and asparagus

 

Bean and Cheese Burrito

8.4 g protein

  • 1-2 tbsp. cheddar or low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 Diced tomatoes or Pico de Gallo
  • 2 tbsp. mashed black beans
  • 1 small whole wheat tortilla

 

Tuna or Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

24 g protein with 3 oz. tuna

  • 3 oz canned tuna or chicken, packed in water
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1-2 tbsp. Diced red onion
  • 1-2 tsp. relish (optional)
  • 1 celery stalk diced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2-3 leaves of Romaine lettuce
  • 1-2 tsp. light mayo or miracle whip
