Fill with:
- Deli ham or turkey and cheese
- Low fat cream cheese & sliced turkey
- Sliced tomato & tuna
Hummus Dippers

- 1/3 cup hummus
- ½ cup of carrot, celery, bell pepper,
- cucumber, and asparagus
Bean and Cheese Burrito
8.4 g protein
- 1-2 tbsp. cheddar or low fat mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 Diced tomatoes or Pico de Gallo
- 2 tbsp. mashed black beans
- 1 small whole wheat tortilla
Tuna or Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps
24 g protein with 3 oz. tuna
- 3 oz canned tuna or chicken, packed in water
- Handful of cherry tomatoes halved
- 1-2 tbsp. Diced red onion
- 1-2 tsp. relish (optional)
- 1 celery stalk diced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2-3 leaves of Romaine lettuce
- 1-2 tsp. light mayo or miracle whip
