My weight kept me from loving and living the life I wanted. An active lifestyle. I would always be exhausted after barely starting an activity. I let it become a mental excuse and I would seclude myself from everything. I decided to go for it because my wife was doing it as well. I wanted to be able to be her support system and have her as mine. I mean through sickness and health right? From day one to just random questions they have been there and always happy and have a fantastic attitude. Thank you guys for giving me another chance at life! Now I spend quality time with my kids and being able to play and coach. I have also started enjoying running. I never would have thought in my life I would have said that. But here I am running a couple miles a day!
