I couldn’t have made a better choice for myself. I had to save myself and put myself first for once in my life! Everyone has hit their wall moments and I hit mine and was determined to see life differently without defeat being slammed in my face daily. I have lost a total of 125 pounds in a year. So here is to a year of determination for myself! Please love yourself enough to change what defeats you and always do what you need to do for yourself, whatever that might be.
