I’m officially 1 year out. It was a fast year and a crazy ride. I have learned so much about my health this past year and found ways to improve my daily lifestyle to be healthier. I’m more active with my family and for that I couldn’t be more grateful. I am down a total of 106lbs from pre op to now and 110lbs from heaviest to now. It’s amazing how this tool has helped me become a better me. I can never thank Dr. Stowers enough for his help and the staff for all their guidance and support this past year. Thank you all for all your help in helping get to where I am today.
