Creamy Apple Cider Protein Shake

Make this delicious Apple Cider Protein Shake for a healthy and filling treat when you’re on-the-go!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 packet of sugar-free spiced apple cider powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. of Stevia or Splenda sugar-free sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more or less ice according to taste and how thick you like your smoothie.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
