Creamy Apple Cider Protein Shake
Make this delicious Apple Cider Protein Shake for a healthy and filling treat when you’re on-the-go!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 packet of sugar-free spiced apple cider powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. of Stevia or Splenda sugar-free sweetener (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Add more or less ice according to taste and how thick you like your smoothie.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
